Note, I've only really tested this with Movies and Shows. I'm not sure if this also applies to Audio. I'm also using a Linux server and Windows client.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import a Movie or Show (cover art will be missing) on the server
2. Open an MC client (you can also open the client beforehand and run a "sync changes" to make the imported media appear)
3. Run "Get Movie & TV Info" on the server so that the artwork is added
4. Run "Build Missing Thumbnails" for good measure

At this point I've tried running "Sync Changes with Library Server" manually on the client, but the Show or Movie artwork never shows up even if the libraries are fully synchronized. I've waited hours to see if there is some other mechanism that updates it, but it still never show up. I've tried running "Get Movie & TV Info" on the client as a workaround but it seems to have no effect.

The only way to get the artwork to display is by restarting the MC client.

This is a long time, well known issue, and feature request that I've asked for every year, for years...
It's even worse if you change the cover art on the Server, because you have to close MC on the client machine, then use windows explorer to delete the client thumbnail folder contents, then start MC on the client machine.
