Finding old licence and JRiver version
« on: April 13, 2022, 02:32:57 am »

Hi

I've been off windows for many years, starting again on Windows 10.
I purchased licence many years ago ... I have no idea or clue to what version it was or how to retrieve it even if it's possible, not even sure if it'll work on Windows 10?
Also, interested to see what discount I could get from previous licence if I was to upgrade and purchase latest ... can you please assist?
Don't find any support email address to send this query to.

Thanks

I don't work for JRiver... I help keep the forums safe from "male enhancements" and other sources of sketchy pharmaceuticals.

Ok so I installed and licenced my old version 15 ... is there a discount when upgrading to the latest?
I also installed the latest, but don't see any option regarding discount etc when attempting to buy new ...

You can upgrade to MC29 for a discount from any previous version of Media Center

Check the Upgrade links in the post above for the appropriate version, and enter your existing license key when purchasing

Graham Says.
I used and Paid many times for upgrades etc.

However it seems that my Library is now non existent. Despite doing many backups.

Is there a way that JRiver can stop the Google side that might block prior downloaded content?

But overall, lets get JRiver Audio Working again as we have paid for this simple service.
Many Thanks
Graham.

I don't understand your question, but try asking it at Google, adding "JRiver".

Licensing info is in my signature.

MC makes automatic backups.  Use your file browser to search for *.zip files.
