11. Changed: Spotlight shows "recommended" movies instead of "similar".
12. Changed: Updated German translation file (thanks Bytestar).
13. Fixed: MC could hang if there have been consecutive errors on a TV tuner in a short period of time.

I wish to report a problem specific to version 29.0.50. I use the HDHomerun Quattro streaming tuner, and the performance, until this version has been superb, and I have frequently recorded up to 4 stations at once with no issues. This was true inversions as recent as 29.0.49.

Since  29.0.50 however, it is completely unstable. Just trying to load a channel from the Guide frequently causes mediacenter to crash, and attempting to time-record anything usually causes mediacenter to crash and not record anything.

Is this known, and is there a fix on the way? Or should I back-level to 29.0.49?

Mediacenter 29.0.50
Ubuntu Studio 22.04

I know you don't officially support this distro, but I have been using mediacenter on this platform since the earliest betas of mediiacenter for Linux and never found it to behave any differently then the standard Ubuntu Linux distro (except faster performance). If desired I can test this with standard Ubuntu.
