Using MC29 without internet

I have recently upgraded to MC29 from MC20.  Can MC29 be used without connecting to the internet?  I have a stand alone music server with all my music on a local drive and do not want to connect to the internet, do not want to run antivirus software, computer is not wifi enabled.  Should have asked before upgrading.  Thank you.

I think it only needs to connect to the internet once to activate the licence then can run standalone.

Just make sure that it has all the necessary codecs installed which it will grab automatically if you don't.
