I use JRiver for many years now, and have allways been very satisfied with it.
Recently I have 2 very annoying issues:
- I allways had a smartlist for my songs with rating 5 (mediatype: audio - rating: 5)
But now, not all rated 5 songs are "found"
I have deleted the old list and made a new one, with no improvement.
- I use to copy the songs in a list to a different folder, which allways went good.
But since some time I can only copy max. 10 songs at a time; whereas before I could copy the whole list and after confirming double items, only the new ones would be added to the different folder.
I use version 29.0.58 and learned two very important rules:
- move, copy or delete all files per the JRiver program; so the library stays intact.
- change metadata by the JRiver program (is as easy as Mp3tag f.i.)
But the two annoying issues made me reconsider the use.
What is going wrong ??
