When I spoke with him a few minutes ago, while it was still down, he sighed and said "It broke when I updated the OS.
One of Bob's most essential tasks at JRiver is keeping all our servers up to date so we don't get hacked (again). It's mostly a thankless job and only gets noticed when something goes wrong. He's kept us on the tracks for about four decades now.
