How To Restore Option to "Permanently Remove Files From Disc"

Somehow I have lost that option and only get the option to remove from media library and playlists.

I'm not sure what I did to lost that option, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well I think the problem may be limited to SACD files I imported from .iso files, so I have just done manual deletes from my NAS.
