I can not figure this one out, and sorry if it has been asked and replied to before.
If it has, perhaps a link to the correct instructions.
Basically I have a Wiim mini connected to my DAC, and through its own app, it works fine.
On my Android, again, through its app, it works fine, I can get Hires from the likes of Amazon UHD.
But I like to stream through it from my JRiver, using DSP.
How is it done?

Sort of figured it out.
You add a new zone.
Through options>media network>DLNA servers> add Audiophile 24bit DAC
Can add DSP settings for this.
Switch zone and play.
I am guessing that is partly how it is done.
I have managed to get it to play, but I am not sure what the correct method is.

Which 24bit dac are you referring to?

The WiiM Mini  is a WiFi/ DAC puck like the Chromecast Audio but it an actual DLNA renderer, which the CA is not.  It should just show up as a DLNA device in MC, so no need to use Bubble. It has its own DAC and it also does up to 24/192 through the optical connection. I have not gotten one yet, but will before long. It is available on Amazon for $89.  There is an upgraded Pro model that mimics a CA if you need that, but I would prefer the $89 one with just DLNA.  It also works as a streaming device with its own app and with voice control through Siri and Alexa. It is an Airplay device, but you do not need Airplay to make it work.  Looks like a nice replacement for a CA.

UPDATE: (1/28/2024) I have moved from a Mini to the Pro since the optical connection on the Mini does not provide a reliable connection. The connection is loose and loses connection with very small movements. On the Pro, I use the coax connection which is much more stable.
