Good to know.  Never tested that.  For me the EDID persistant option means that, when I power back on the AVR/TV, the NUC keeps its display config and doesn't end up in the default windows res.

FWIW - the little NUC started playing up.  Fans going nuts and hanging.  Turns out the heat sync fins were blocked with dust and I also repasted it (the old tim was dry).  Back to normal.
