Hi all, I just picked up a new CD and wanted to rip it in MC. I've ripped CDs without any problem in the past.

This time, I inserted the CD and MC immediately found the album and song names via online lookup however when I right clicked the device and selected Rip CD, there's a brief hourglass then nothing.

I've tried the built-in MP3 and FLAC encoders as well as pointing to an external Lame encoder with the same results. Just seems the feature is not working.

Anyone have this problem and know how to solve it?
