Just did a test and it appears to be working properly.

You also have to click on the notify button at the top of the thread.  It isn't on automatically.

Attached is screen shot of thread flags which indicates UNNOTIFY which suggests that I AM on NOTIFY list?!

I have not received any YABB communications since 02/05/23!

Your email provider is accepting the email. Check your spam folder?
I'll send a log to you in a PM.

Actually, I actually reported not receiving notifications back on January 25, 2023.

I did a global email search and as of 02/11 no recent email from YABB, JRiver, Media Center?!

You probably know this but I am reporting this issue on a system running MC 29.  Also have another system running MC 30 but do not use for forum posts.

I just signed up for NOTIFY on this thread...in the process of checking on my other two recent threads for which I still continue to NOT receive notifications.

Bob says above that your ISP accepted the notification email. That means the problem is between your ISP and your mailbox. From JRiver's PoV, the email is sent and there's nothing more that can be done. It's like putting a letter in the post - if the post office accepts the letter and then it does not get delivered, it's not the fault of the person sending the letter.

The most likely explanation is the emails ending up in your Spam folder - did you check that?

Another possible cause (unlikely) is the email address simply not being the one you're checking - did you change address recently? Perhaps someone at JRiver could send you a normal email to check if you get it, or PM Jim/Bob to check your email address on the forum is correct.

Yet another one is you having another PC/phone configured to pull the emails from that account with POP3.

Lastly, your ISP may simply be dropping the email because it considers it spam. You'd need to contact them to figure that one out, and it would not be easy unless it's a very small ISP.

I checked SPAM contents and did not find any form of "MEDIA CENTER"; "JRiver"; "YABB"1!

I just received another notification.

This is probably a problem with your AOL account.

You could sign up at another email provider (gmail, for instance), change your forum address, and see what happens.
