Maybe a Bug - No Play When Send To

When I Select A Bunch Of Files And Send To Playing Now(Replace), I Do Not Want MC9 To Play The Files.

In general, I Have Unchecked

[_] Start Playing When files added to playing now

But MC9 still plays the files, and i need to hit stop play every time.

Is there a way not to have MC9 play when sending files to playing now?
