What about the equivalent of two (2) main libraries
« on: February 25, 2023, 06:33:38 am »

I want to be able to conveniently switch between the album sets stored on two different storage devices my case an attached SSD and a QNAP NAS.  Is it possible to configure the equivalent of two main libraries or is there a better way to do this?  I don't want the NAS to have any sort of music server software running on it like Minimum server or QNAP's equivalent.

Thank you.

The best way is to create two views.

You can also just use the search window.  Search for FLAC or MP3, for example.

Thanks Jim.  I know this probably sounds silly, but I'd got exactly the same compliment of songs on both storage devices.  I may just delete the main library and start over by importing from the other storage device.

You can separate by drive letter.  Try a search.
