What is a "Whitburn Singles Collection" and why was that appellation ascribed to a playlist I recently uploaded?

It's probably cover art from one of the tracks in the playlist.   It's yours, not ours.

That's the thing...  That cover art is not in the playlist I uploaded.

It is not cover art that I have seen before.
