cloudplay 'all tracks filtered based on your settings'

In tools/options/ cloudplay I have tried many many combinations in 'rules' from no rules to 2000 bit rate, 48 bit depth and others. Still when playing, let's say a new playlist, most if not all files are filtered out. Is there some obvious thing I am missing. I never had this problem until I upgraded to 30 from 29.

Do you have 'Maximum bitrate' set to 'No limit' in the Cloudplay settings tab?
