Hi,

Regarding the problem above, I tried also in my Laptop (win 11 and i5 also) and with the same problem.
I use BitDefender antivirus suite.

Uninstall Bitdefender.  See the Weird Problems link in my signature and the link from there to antivirus problems.

Use only Windows Defender and configure it.

I just upgraded from 27 to 31. None of my audio settings have carried over.
Pls advise.

Do a library backup in MC27, restore that backup in MC31.

It didn't find the VST plugins though. Is there is a one-step solution for that as well?
