Do you have VSYNC in your compositor turned on? Thats required for that value to make any sense.

Video sometimes breaks!

Compositor settings edit again. The video no breaks! Vsyns values unchanged.
1920x1080- 59,940
VSYNS measured: 96,867
Video good now.Now I can safely switch from win10 to Debian.
