No information was found in the CD database for this disc

I'm using JRiver media center 30. In recent weeks I was unable to rip my new CDs, "No information was found in the CD database for this disc" pops up in the screen. I thought maybe the new CDs were not in the database. But when I insert my old CDs that had been ripped through JRiver with on-line database, "No information was found in the CD database for this disc" still pops up.

I am guessing just on replies to a post I made and other topics also that recent changes to server addresses that also impacted CD Database look up as well as ability to look up Cover Art - which was my original question - may be causing the issue? Make sure your version is up to date as server addresses were moved then fixed. See if that sures it?

Make sure you're using 30.0.95 or else services like lookups won't work.

I used update channel and the app showed my program is up to date. Then I manually download 30.0.95, problem solved! Thanks for the help.
