Column Layout
« on: June 07, 2023, 10:06:43 am »

When I customize my column layout in a view, ie, selecting the columns to display and in which order, they revert back to the default layout whenever I click on the view. If I only expand the view but don't click on the view name, the column layout is retained.

I have tried saving my column layout as a preset, but the layout reverts back to the default "Audio" preset whenever I click on the view name.

Is this the expected behavior, or am I doing something wrong? I don't see an option to select a default column preset when creating or customizing a view.

Go into MC's Options > Tree & View section and uncheck the Auto size columns checkbox and hit OK. From there custom column sizes should save.

Amazing! That worked. Thank you. I couldn't find it anywhere in either the wiki or the forum.
