Hi,

New to JRiver and I'm trying to import my library from iTunes. When I click on File -> import from iTunes the program hangs. Task manager says it is using 25% CPU, but all I see is the little circle going around.  Also, it automatically starts iTunes for some reason.

If I end task and restart, it shows that three albums have been imported (out of the 1000s in the library).  Subsequent restarts do not show any more of the library has been imported.

Is there a workaround for this?

UPDATE:

I guess I was just insufficiently patient.  It eventually ran to completion, and seems to have worked.

So, never mind...
