The "Wait after change..." seems to only switch the resolution and fps.  After that is done and the wait timer runs out, the media starts playing and at that point HDR is enabled.  This triggers a second HDMI handshake.
Is it possible to enable HDR at the same time FPS is changed, or immediately afterwards?  That way it happens before media playback actually starts.
