PayPal Down? - EDIT: Fixed

Tried upgrading to MC-31 master and upon paying received a message that "PayPal" was down and to contact you guys.

PM me and I'll send over the transaction ID I guess?

EDIT: disregard - after a few minutes a license showed up in my email.
