CD not found in online database

Newbie here, be gentle...

Using MC v31 on Windows, it doesn't resolve track info for a CD box set I just got in the mail today. Any help?

The metadata information may not be available yet if it's a brand new release. I know when I get really new (especially obscure) CDs there's usually no metadata available via lookup. In those cases you'd have to manually put it all in.

Yes, agreed, however I am being told that others who have purchased the same box set do not have an issue. I am wondering how it works or who is ultimately responsible for making the track info detectable using MediaCenter software. Specifically, this is for the Prince and The New Power Generation Super Deluxe box set of Diamonds and Pearls. Not obscure by any stretch...
