Critical Error 10 Enterprice

Critical Error

The program you are using is corrupt.


This is the message I receive 30-60 sec after starting new installation of JR31.

1. I have had JR since version 16 and never had any problems.
2. I have now uninstalled all versions of JR and restarted JR31 without success.
3. I have reinstalled JR31 without success

Anyone?

Try re-downloading the installer.
Try disabling your antivirus.

Ok, why would antivirus detect or react on JR31 when not detecting anything on JR 2xx? I will try but would like to keep my antivirus on because this is my work related computer.

I have tried disabeling Antivirus and also re-downloaded and reinstalled the latest version. Same problem. Here is my log:

I think something is modifying the Media Center executable on your system.  Double-check for anything that might be doing that.

Also check if the date/time in your system is correct.

You should probably ask someone in IT at your company.  It's not a JRiver problem.

Found out the problem, it was the JR certificate that was not correctly installed. Did a reinstall of the certification and it seems to work. (I am the IT at my company :-))
