Hallo, habe mein Windows 10 auf 11 upgedatet. Danach lief JRiver nicht mehr und ich wurde aufgefordet es neu zu installieren. Also habe ich das Program noch einmal runtergeladen (MediaCenter310084-x64) und mein alten Lizenzschlüssel eingegeben aber er wurde nicht akzeptiert. Muß ich einen neuen kaufen?

I did this. I used the restore function, but it is the same Problem. When I open the dowloaded file open a window "Ihre Lizenzdatie ist nicht gültig für Media Center, wollen sie ein upgrade erwerbben". Could it be a problem with the version number. I'm not sure which version I bought. It was 2 1/2 years ago.

It's likely an older license then. The license file you get via the License Restore process should include the version number in the filename.
