Does JRiver have rights to name "Media Cente
« on: February 14, 2003, 08:33:48 am »

Hey!  I just discovered another product on the market by Jasc Software Inc., called Media Center Pro. It is a photo, sound, and video album / slide show program, which overlaps with the functionality MC9.

I hope that JRiver is aware of this and has secured rights to the name Media Center!  I would hate to see my favorite software company, JRiver, get bogged down in a lawsuit.

Ours is "JRiver Media Center".

There are others.  XP Media Center Edition, for instance.

Good!  I am glad to hear that you already thought that through.  I hope you sell millions of copies!
