try 0.4.1 and lmk if that works

btw, in the next release I'll remove the broken service mentioned in https://github.com/3ll3d00d/jriver_homeassistant/issues/24

if you do use it, pls update config to use one of the two replacement services

That worked for me. My zone now shows Playing Now info, etc. Thanks!
