Album Art Halo Driving My Bonkers

The following shows the issue.
No matter what I do, it remains unresolved. This included going cover by cover and trimming the art squared on all sides.

MC31:


As you can see from my OCD org album cover folder, no halo;


I double checked through foobar, no halo there either.

This might be the result of having thumbnail Frames turned on. Go to the location in options shown in the attached picture and change it to "All Off". The "Halo effect" also might be more noticeable with some skins than others.

That option only shows up if General->Features->Image Support is enabled, even though it's applied on audio/video thumbnails as well.
