Look for the "Series" field of your movie and make sure that's filled in. Then in your Theater View options (Options --> Theater View) look for the "Items to Show". Under Videos, look for "Collections" and then set it the Series field. I can't remember if that's there by default because I've been using this for so long I forgot what stock MC even looks like. LOL

I got a problem with your explanation. If i understand correctly you mark the movie you want to add as a collection with the tag editor and after that you choose series? I can't find the series entry (see attached picture).

That looks like the "Media Sub Type" field. Series will not show up there. It is its own field.

Got it. Now it works without any problem. I got one question. Is there a possibility to sort the movies in a collection by production date and not name?

Production date? I don't have that field, but I do have "Date (release)". I have always wanted to sort my collection by that so here's how I accomplished it.

Open Options-->Theater View and then select Collections.

Next, click on "Set rules for file display..." and select 'Sort by' and then add the 'Date (release)' field, sorted a-z.

Now items in the Collection are sorted.

Thanks a lot. I will try this out later today  :)
