still not working. opens the decoding file window, then does nothing. you said to post if the latest version didn't work, so this is what i am doing. let meknow when you get a fix on this one, i use media editor a lot. thanks. ken.  ps when i installed it it worked find, restarted the computer, it wanted to update the library, i said ok. from there on it kept giving error boxes, saying failed to connect to server and failed to download plugin. i think i updated 3800plus files and i must have said ok to those warning boxes over a hundred times. might want to fix that in the install version as well.

When you give a build, please provide the complete build, as in 9.0.109.  "Latest" could be from the download page or from Interact.
