Scrolling is jumpy
« on: March 30, 2024, 10:46:24 pm »

I've had JRiver on my Mac since about version 23, though I haven't bought every version.  My last two have been 26 and 29, and I have had a problem with scrolling with every version I have had: jumpy, dragging scrolling.  It's not just mildly jumpy; I try to scroll, and it won't do anything, so I try to move it a little more, and suddenly it jumps two or three whole screens down, so then I try to go back up to where I was, carefully, but then it bypasses where I was...this makes JRiver unpleasant to use even merely as a player.  Before I purchase version 32, I'd like to know if this ever-present scrolling issue has been fixed yet, so that scrolling goes smoothly like on a web page.

Best way to find out is to download MC32 and try it.

I don't work for JRiver... I help keep the forums safe from Viagra and other sources of sketchy pharmaceuticals.

As I understand it, that requires paying, and I've already paid for several licenses yet the problem remains.  So I'd like to know if it's been resolved before I pay again.

You can download and install to try it for 30 days before deciding whether to purchase.
