Hello, I run JRiver from a laptop connected to a flat screen. There is no internet connection on this device. How do i re-register without an internet connection? I needed to to reinstall due to JRiver corrupting my external drive.

You can use the Install Key.  See the wiki topic called Restoring a License.

Thank you JimH. When entering the Registration Code at "Help > Install License" (as "Restoring a License" explains) i get a ..."license server" error. Of course, as have no internet on the laptop. I know i'm missing something, what am i not understanding?

Did you read the topic?  Look for Install Key in it.

Yes, i read it. Obviously i don't understand.

"The Install Key is a temporary, portable license file (.mjr file type), generated whenever you restore.

    The Install Key can be used to apply your license to a particular copy of MC.
    When you Restore, the Install Key is automatically applied to any copy of MC on the computer used to perform the Restore.
    It is emailed to you upon successful registration, and whenever you Restore. Look for mail from buy-button at jriver."

I see that the key is generated upon supplying registration code to restore. But supplying the registration code is dependent on the internet, correct?. So i see no way to achieve a restore/reinstall without a connection.

Restore on a machine that is connected, then use the Install Key you receive to license the one that isn't connected.

Thank You. I wasn't grasping that you restore on a website rather than through a device with JRiver installed. Appreciate the help.
