What are "high-end integrated and mid-range GPU cards" for JRVR in 2024?

No, not even close. Intel has been making progress with graphics with Iris and Arc but they're still far behind AMD in terms of performance when it comes to integrated graphics.
I honestly wouldn't consider Intel at the moment, especially after the 13th and 14th gen debacle that's happening. All of AMD's current Ryzen 5000 and 7000 CPUs are excellent.

Except those integrated GPUs are actually garbage, not even worth having for video duties :D (well 5000 doesnt even have any outside of the dedicated APUs)

Ok Thanks! I think I stick with intel and a dedicated gpu. Afterthought; I was reading that Hendrik is working on better stability on timing that could work better on some systems(i dont know what he means by some systems..os, gpu , cpu?). I hope this get implemented on the next version.
"I've been working on a new presentation mode that might offer better stability with timing on some systems, although it won't fix any issues caused by mis-aligned audio clocks or anything like that, in which case frame drops or repeats are inevitable to keep audio sync.
Let us know how that goes once it arrives, but that might still be a bit."
