License Won't Install
« on: May 24, 2024, 11:18:46 am »

My license was not transferred from 32.0.47. When I tried to enter in manually, it was rejected.

I just installed your license on build 49.  I'm registered.

Interesting.
I installed the license last night on 32.0.47 but it was not transferred this morning when I installed 32.0.49. I just repeated the license install by pasting the license from the email instead of typing it and it was still rejected.

I collected a log during the license verification process, but I don't see anything there that seems related to registration.

Make sure you're using your v32.  You've bought a few.  It starts with GQ.  Thanks.

(ps. I also cleared your restores because of my install)

The license does start with GQ. I recovered it yesterday when I moved to my new HTPC.

If you enter that license and it doesn't work, I'm not sure.  It worked fine for me.

Check for something that could be blocking things (anti-virus, firewall, etc.).  Also send yourself the license again to make sure you have the right full code.

Problem solved. I am still not sure what happened during the upgrade from 47 to 49 that required me to register the license again.

However there was a discrepancy with 0 and O that caused the registration to fail today.
