my jriver is reading from two files, so my library has two duplicate albums etc for each artist

the two files it is reading from are E:/jriverbackup, and E:/MusicArchive

I only want to pull files from the music archive folder,

how do i remove jriver reading files from the jriverbackup folder

First... sort the view you have above by "filename" column.  Then select all the rows with "E:/jriverbackup" location.  Right click... delete .... "remove from media library".
 
Then.....    Tools... Import... configure auto import.  Follow instructions in the wiki.  Choose only the musicarchive folder and when it's set up this way..  tracks will only import from the music archive folder.
