Here's an example video of my issue. If I mouse over the window to pull up the OSD while an HDR movie is playing, the screen will flicker black. And, it's not the display itself, as I can pull up it's OSD no problem. Weird thing is plugged into DisplayPort it doesn't occur, only over HDMI 2.1. Does anyone know why/how this would occur and how to fix it?

I'm not using any AVR or anything like that, just straight HDMI/DP to the monitor from my RTX 4090 and usually playing audio with my headphones hooked up through USB.

Edit: It looks like this may be related to DSC. I disabled "Game Mode" (which disables DSC and the ability to use VRR or 240 Hz) and it doesn't occur anymore. But it's still super odd this only happens over HDMI and not DisplayPort. For now, I just swapped the DisplayPort over to my main monitor and I'm using HDMI 2.1 on my secondary monitor.
