Won't play higher than 48k [Solved]

The Hugo has 2 usb inputs. Did you inadvertently connect to the SD one? Grasping at straws.

Thank you for thinking about this. I always use the HD port, the one in the same indentation as the switch. I work with a lot of DSD, so it's always plugged that way.

Still thinking about anything it could be. I'm leaning towards a Windows 10 issue.

JimH:
Try another port.

dtc:
That's what I expected.

I am using MC 33 on Windows 10 and, as I said, it is OK with high res and DSD with the ASIO driver on my Qutest. So, it is not a general MC on Windows 10 issue.

Thank you for all of the help and suggestions. I figured it out, finally. I had the output of the Grace Design driver set to play 24 tracks, which didn't allow for playback at higher than 48k.

FYI, during all of my troubleshooting I loaded a few of the competing media players. JRiver was the best sounding, by far!
Cheers,
Clarpro
