How do I cast my desktop computer using JRemote?

Is it possible using JRemote (or any other method) to cast my main computer's image while playing music to a TV screen while keeping the music coming through my high end stereo system instead of the sound coming from my TV's sound bar?
I have tried casting directly from my desktop computer but the image often freezes.
Thanks.

Depending on your equipment ...
Try connecting via HDMI cable to your TV, and then to the stereo system.
A small computer used as a renderer and connected to the TV is another possibility.
Read about DLNA on our wiki. Then try some things.
