Certainly you must have a few other mice laying around.  Do you see the same thing with different mice?  If so, then it's something about your setup.  If not, it points to a problem with your specific Logitech mouse/driver.

Any Windows OS Updates sitting in the Settings wings, waiting to be installed?

One data point:  My Logitech G502 X Wired "Gaming" Mouse works fine with the latest Logitech G Hub software, Version 2024.6.600476.  None of several other mice I use on Windows exhibit the issue either.

I made this less than helpful 10 second clip showing me not being affected by the issue you describe. Also tried with an mp3 playing and was unable to reproduce it.

have not experienced this, but had video issues years ago when mouse scrolling in browser.  Did not know what it was and then got significantly worse when watching video (in MC).   Turned out the video card was dying.  New card - issue all gone.
