If I drag the scroll bubble from the top to the bottom (or vice versa) or if I click in the shaft to page up near the top or page down near the bottom, the buble will not go all the way. This means I cannot use the mouse to see the very bottom of the list or the very top of the list. I must hit the page up or page down key respectively to see the rest of the list.
