View: Selection of a default value for Media Type
« on: Today at 04:17:28 am »

If you open a View and first Column is Media Type having 3 Values: e.g. AUDIO, DATA, IMAGE:

Is it possible to autoselect AUDIO per default if you open the View?

In Customize View - Set Rules for File Display set a rule  Media Is Audio.

Yes, that would do it, but, it would also remove the ability to select "Data" or "Image" as by definition of the rules to display, there wouldn't be any to show, and, it would make that first "Media Type" pane completely redundant.

@Manfred, From my understanding of your question, no, it's not possible. The view will always load with "All Media Types" selected.

Why not have 3 separate views?
