MCUtils still best for discogs import? Current installation guide?

I assume you have a collection in Discogs.
If you can export the tags from your collection to a csv or xml file then you could import them in to JRiver as described here https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=46848.0. It doesn't look like it would be fun though.
