Hi there,

I want to reset a fully watched movie to unwatched state as if it would have never been watched.
What is required to fully reset a moviesby its key to totally unwatched state?

I tried clearing the "Last Played" field - but that does not seem to work.

I would be nice to have a MCWS command for that. In the full UI there is such a command. But MCWS does not offer it.

You have to set [Number Plays] to zero. You can use MCWS /File/SetInfo for that.

Careful there... You do that, you lose stats...

Here, me? This is what I do...

My default movie view in Theater View is "Recently Added" It includes the following:

Anything added in the past seven days.
Anything not watched yet.
Anything where the "watch Later" tag is "1". This disregards import date or last played or number plays tags, and should be attainable via MCWS.
