New Standard View skins: Easy Blue, Easy Green, Easy Purple

After several 'Easy Grey' and 'Easy White' Standard View skins, it's time to add some color!
Different mood? Different color? It's easy:
Easy Blue
Easy Green
Easy Purple

More skins will follow... (I hope)
For now: Enjoy

Note: I forgot to use the same directory name in the zip-files as the skin-name in the main.xml. Updated.
