Right now i am actually using two versions of JRiver; v31 for my ASIO based 4xDSD for Audio and v.33 for Video to Direct Sound HDMI; I think the proper way to do this is actually to configure zones so that I only have one database; i have never had a lot of luck with zones. When i tried to configure a zone using DSD it seems like it over wrote my Nvidia HDMI bitstream setting; in other words bit stream configurations do not seem to be zone specific and seem to impact all zones. Maybe I am doing something wrong. To summarize I need one zone that points to my USB DSD DAC (bitstream = DSD0 Device USB ASIO
and a second zone with bitstream = HDMI, device NVIDIA Direct Sound; is this even possible?
Or should I keep using two versions?
