rules explanation please

I have this in my rules but media center is still scanning the folders

Q\include this folder and all child folders
Exclude:Q:\Documents\
exclude this folder and all child folder

If you double-click a file in Explorer to play it using MC, it will get automatically imported even if it's on an Excluded folder.
You can disable this in "Options > General > Automatically import files when played".
