Background:
After all my previous attempts, I did a fresh install.
Debian Bookworm
- disabled Wayland

did the One-line MC install from BryanC as documented.

It's the chromium integrated browser crashing.  Try running "Mediacenter34 /BuiltInBrowser", and that should change the default browser to the webkitGTK browser instead of chromium.  Not sure exactly what's going on, but I had the same issue on Debian Bookworm

Thanks for posting.
Tried but it did not work unfortunately.
I've uninstalled 34 and installed 33.
33 starts up ok, but needs further config of course, but that will be for tomorrow.

I'll wait with 34 until things are more clear.

Is it ok to have both 33 and 34 installed on the same (linux) system?
