Download Not Working [Solved]

I get nothing when I click on download media center for windows 64 bit or earlier versions on the download page.
When I click on the link on here, I get this dark blank page with a globe simble top left corner and under that an i in a circle and about:blank words.
Please help

You probably have some security software blocking access.  You might try a different browser.

We recommend only using Windows Defender.

I only use Windows Defender. Nothing else.

Did you try a different browser?

Or a different machine?

I was wrong. I am using Windows Security not windows Defender. I guess I'm behind the times. Trying to download Microsoft Defender now and getting a message something happened on their end.

Also, Task Manager showed a VPN called Virtual Shield running and taking a lot of resources. I don't know how that got installed. Uninstalled it.

Bottom line--I changed to a different browser. was using Google Chrome and switched to Microsoft Edge. JRiver Media Center download links now work fine.
