new ver. 9 won't run - says expired

i've used ver 8 for a long time - upgraded to trial of version 9 which expired - purchased and downloaded latest ver 9 - when i try to run it, it says version expired - have tried various things including deleting all remnants of ver 8 & 9 before restoring - same result - have now restored 3 times and everytime when i try to run it says version expired - got ver 8 to run once but the second start it alos said version expired - i know it's me doing something wrong but i don't know what to do next - i now have no working version - sure could use some help - mike

i believe that i have been downloading the latest version - i have been going to the download page from the home page and where it shows:

MEDIA JUKEBOX v8.0.394 (9.0 MB)    NEW
Click here if you have trouble downloading.
You can also try a copy of Version 9, now in beta (9.0.88 -- 10MB).
More information can be found in the License FAQ or on Interact.
Version 9 has a new name -- JRiver Media Center.


i have been selecting version 9 - i then download "mediacenter9.exe" and install from there -
is there something else i need to do?? mike

try downloading 9.0.95, and installing it, maybe that will help.
