Hey, I don't know about the Audigy remote but I have the Extigy remote.  I use mine as a paper weight and it doesn't even need batteries for that.  The creative web site has been a help to me on other questions about their product.  Have a nice day, Joe Karnes

I'm with Joe.  Mine's holding a window open.

If you want to use it though, there are 2 avenues...

1.  The Creative Remote Center is on the install CD somewhere.  On the earlier audigy CDs, it was installed by default and pretty obvious.  For the audigy 2's it's a secret I guess.   After you've installed it, search these boards for "creative" or maybe "rm-900".  Someone posted a file with instructions on how to get it to work with MJ.

2.  Get either the Girder or uICE remote control programs.  They have plug-ins that handle the creative remote and work well with MJ/MC among other things.
